It is necessary to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels and washcloths, and a bath mat if you use one. Everything else is provided.

SUMMER RENTALS ONLY: There is a $100/wk Property Usage Fee paid to Chautauqua Lake Estates at check-in.

We are not set up for Credit Cards.
Personal Checks, Travelers Checks or Cash are welcome.

Rates include 5% Chautauqua County Tax and 7.5% NY State Tax
